1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in new condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Submit your request within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking confirmation.

  • Exclusions: Final-sale items, intimate apparel, accessories, and gift cards (unless the item is defective).

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll cover return shipping and offer either a full refund or an exchange—your choice.


2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@botriva.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief reason (this helps us improve).

  3. Our customer-service team will reply with a prepaid label (when applicable) and step-by-step instructions.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

  • Prefer an exchange? Let us know in your email and we’ll ship the replacement as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.


4. Free Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

Report any damage, defect, or shipment error within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a prepaid return label and arrange an immediate refund or replacement.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
